About Us
Tots French is the leading early years language class for children in West Oxfordshire. We are an independent, award-winning children's activity provider and offer fun, interactive French classes for 0-5's in both venues and nurseries, as well as after school clubs and workshops for younger primary school children. Our method is focused on children learning effortlessly through song, stories and play, so classes are always lots of fun.
Tots French was founded by experienced tutor and Oxford modern languages graduate Charlotte Hamilton, who is passionate about the benefits of introducing little ones to the sounds of another language as early as possible. With 15 years experience of teaching French to children, after her daughter was born she wanted to develop a method that would enable her to introduce French to the very youngest children and babies. Tots French launched its first classes in 2018, and in its first year received a Hoop Award in the Best for Learning in Oxfordshire category.

We are not a franchise and so lesson plans are adaptable and tailored to each group of children, class sizes are small (so more attention can be given to each child) and prices are affordable.
